St. Cloud State University

Bemidji State University -
Technological Studies is concerned with technological processes, materials, and techniques and their resultant impact on people, organizations, and culture. The Department of Technological Studies offers an integrated curriculum and specializations that emphasize higher order thinking skills and prepares students to contribute responsibly to the moral, intellectual, social, cultural, and economic concerns of the world community.

The University of Wisconsin Stout - The Technology Education program prepares teachers for junior and senior high schools. Graduates help their students understand the technological nature of our world, by giving them the tools they need to cope with technology and make decisions about it. The program offers a background in training and technology that is also applicable to careers in business and industry.

Valley City State University - Valley City State University offers a unique opportunity for undergraduate students interested in a profession with high demand. VCSU is actively initiating changes in the Technology Education curriculum to meet national and state standards promoting equity and solutions to the high demand for Technology Education teachers nationwide. A Career in Technology Education begins at Valley City State University. SciMathMN
- Founded in 1993, SciMathMN is a non-profit, statewide education and business coalition advocating for quality K-12 science, mathematics and technology education based on research, national standards and effective practices.

MnACTE - The Minnesota Association for Career and Technical Education (MnACTE) is a representative, statewide, professional, umbrella organization of and for individuals who teach, administer, coordinate and offer support services to students in secondary and post secondary career and technical education. MnACTE has expanded its mission to include business and community organizations that partner with Minnesota secondary and post secondary schools to enhance the career and technical offerings for students.

Minnesota Department of Education - The Minnesota Department of Education strives to be an innovative education agency serving a wide range of customers: approximately 850,000 K-12 students and their families; 118,000 young children participating in a variety of early learning programs including Head Start and ECFE; 82,000 adult learners participating in adult education programs including GED and citizenship programs; Minnesota’s 339 school districts and over 52,000 licensed teachers.

Minnesota State Board of Teaching - The Board of Teaching, created in 1973, provides leadership for improvements in teacher education programs in order to assure that the state has well-qualified, professional teachers.
