| Osseo Junior High Technology Education 8 students team
together to research, design and build models of energy efficient homes. This unit begins
as students learn about energy efficient housing construction, site and solar house
planning and energy efficient house plans. The project continues as teams design and
construct a ¼" scale model of their energy efficient home. The project finishes when
teams get a chance view all projects in our own parade of homes. Leave this workshop with ideas and starter materials to teach a similar unit at your school. |
